I have paid, what do I do next?

When you paid it should have automatically redirected you to the page to book your first appointment. To book other appointments you have paid for you can find appointment booking both in the main menu under CLIENT AREA and in your training Zone

Where do I find everything I need?

You can access everything you need via your membership areas on my websites.

Use the login button in the menu on the website where you paid/booked.

Help, I can't login

Use the email address you used when you paid. If you can’t remember your password just hit the FORGOT PASSWORD button and the system will email you a link to reset it.

Check your junk/spam folder for the email if you don’t see it.
If you are like me and have multiple email addresses check you are using the right one.

If you are still having problems after trying that pop me a text message over.

History Form

You must fill this out at least 48 hours prior to your first appointment or class.

There is a link to it in your confirmation email, or you will find a link to it in your membership/training area;

 

How do I book appointments?

Look in your training zone or the link to book appointments is in the main menu under ‘Client Area’

Choose the training you paid for (adult, puppy etc). You will need to be logged in to access the next page..

Find the program you paid for and click on the button. My booking platform will open up, it will ask you to login during booking (sorry, its a separate platform with an additional login but if you use the same password for both it can make life simpler)

Will I need to bring food for my training session?

Yes, lots of food treats for your dog. It is useful to bring your dogs main daily food and healthy high value treats. depending what we are working on you may need around 80-90 small pieces of food. The size of your small fingernail is a good size for an average sized dog but if you have a tiny dog then smaller is better

Equipment to bring

Please bring your dog to the appointment on your usual walking set up (unless its a home visit).

*If that includes a flexi/extending lead please also bring a standard flat lead or double ended training lead with you.

If you have a treat pouch/treat bag please bring it (fully stocked) If you don’t have one and we are doing outdoor training or working in my office have pockets you can put treats in.

If you have a clicker please bring it.

If your dog wears a muzzle please ensure you bring it.

Toys

It can be useful to bring your dogs favourite toys to use for training in addition to food. Interactive toys that you play with together; tug toys, soft toys you can play tug with, a ball on a rope or a ball.

Why do you send me a What three words link?

Your appointment reminder email/text message will contain a link with directions.
Yeadon Tarn has two car parks and Nunroyd Park has 7 ways in! I don’t want you waiting for me in the wrong place.

Reminders to book your next appointment

All your appointments are available to book online so I don’t chase people to book their sessions in. If I did that manually I wouldn’t have time to do anything else.
You should get an automated email after each session as a prompt to book your next one but they occasionally may end up in junk.

Can't make your appointment?

You can reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before your appointment.
There is a reschedule link at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email.

Time limit for rescheduling and cancelling

Appointments can only be rescheduled more than 48 hours before the session.

Cancelling a scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the session unless 48 hours’ notice is given. This may be wavered at the discretion of The Fairydogmother under exceptional circumstances and the session rescheduled. If you have to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior please text 07723 538005.

Why? Having an empty slot at the last minute means I’m not getting paid and the one I move you to could have been booked by someone else.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will not be given once training has started as you will have access to all the online training resources that are part of your program. I am committed to helping you and your dog and I want my clients to have that same commitment to help their dog. Should you decide you are unable to continue and rehome your dog I may agree to use your remaining session to work with the new owner.

If there are any problems and a booked session doesn’t go ahead (adverse weather, illness etc) it will be rescheduled not refunded.
