I do try my best not to charge for travelling wherever possible as you should be paying for training not for someone to drive but if you live more than 30 minutes or 12 miles from my location (LS19 7XL Near Leeds Bradford Airport) in some instances there may be an additional charge for travelling if your training requires me to visit you at home. Please contact me to discuss prior to booking/paying. If you are visiting me obviously this doesn’t apply and I will help clients no matter where they live, I have clients from all over. Separation anxiety clients; consultations are all done via Zoom, so distance is not an issue.

Payment for private training sessions and behavioural consultations is for the number of sessions stated. Payment must be made to secure the appointment and paid in full before training commences. Programmes must be completed in the time period stated except under exceptional circumstances. You will have access to book your appointments in my online appointment calendar so we do not send out reminders. We will endeavour to make sure we send out a reminder for you to book your training sessions if you have failed to book but it is your responsibility to book your appointments – please remember that you have one dog trainer to contact and we have many clients to keep track of at any one time.

Depending on the issue, it may be advisable for the session to be re-arranged; either for your dog’s welfare or so I do not pass it on to my dogs or other client’s dogs. If your dog has had a kennel cough vaccination you must not attend training in a public area or a class for the following 10 days as the virus is transmissible to other dogs during this period.
